Job summary
Under supervision the primary purpose of the position is to answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the Community Development Department.Other responsibilities are to assist citizens and contractors with general information regarding the application review and approval process for building permits zoning permits development applications vehicle for hire and contractor licensing Employee functions at an entry level and is responsible for permitting administrative clerical duties and document/file scanning as assigned Performs other duties in support of departmental objectives
