What you'll do: - Execute daily account creation and account mapping work across all Sales channels - Understand our account ownership principles and guidelines to support account transition and ownership requests - Improve data hygiene in our CRM system through daily maintenance and proactive cleanup efforts - Ensure timely and accurate lead routing and assignment - Identify and implement process improvements across account ownership, account creation and lead routing workflow
Skills
What we're looking for:
- 2 years of experience in a project, program, or product management role
- Strong project management, communication and organizational skills
- Technical aptitude across reporting systems
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with teams spanning various countries and timezones
- Intermediate proficiency with SQL, Google Sheets, and JIRA
- Ability to priortize tasks across multiple teams with varying functions and needs
- Ability to operate independently and represent work to senior members of our team

As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (PRO Unlimited) or by an agency supplier partner, and not an employee of Pinterest. - All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Pinterest assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, PRO Unlimited or the agency supplier partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details.
