Tarp Manufacturer - East Dundee, IL
As part of
Route One Group, Route One Trailers (ex. Tarp System) is a semi-trailer dealership and we are currently looking for a Tarp Manufacturer to join our team in East Dundee, IL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with other teammates to manufacture tarp systems according to company processes
Perform and assemble components for tarp fabrication
Operate industrial cutting machines, welding machines and sewing machines, process parts
Read a tape measure, use hand tools and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment
Must be able to read manufacturing prints
Read and understand bill of materials, work orders and work instructions
Enter work orders into the system. Maintain accurate records
Routine daily cleaning and equipment maintenance
Confirm quality of product
Prepare product for shipment including packing and labeling products
Maintain product workspace
Follow all safety guidelines and wears proper personal protective equipment


REQUIREMENTS:
Sewing machine operation experience is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to learn
Ability to cross train in other areas and departments
Knowledge of English is required
Knowledge of Russian, Romanian or Ukrainian is a plus
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
