- Perform plant and field operations.
- Field activities such as planting, irrigation, and field scouting.
- Plant activities such as preparation, husk & sort, drying, shelling and boxing.
- Gathering data for continuous improvement projects.
- Operate farm equipment such as tractors, harvesters, and utility vehicles.
- Various other duties as assigned. .
- Education: You have your High School Diploma/GED OR are willing and able to obtain your GED within 1 year of hire as a condition of employment.

- Knowledge of production agriculture and associated machinery.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and Continuous Improvement.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer aptitude including use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Truck and forklift driving skills.
- Quality Control, or Quality Operations Experience.

Salary:
The salary range for this position is $27.02 to $37.48 hourly. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted hourly amount for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual hourly wage is determined when an employment offer is made.
