    The Lincoln Group has partnered with a leader in the financial and business service industry in search of a Tax Director, on a direct-hire basis, to join their exceptional team The Tax Director will be responsible for short-term and long-term business planning and identifying business opportunities. This is a great opportunity to join one of the top providers of accounting services in the United States Type of Hire: Direct Hire

    Location: Denver, CO

    Work Schedule: Hybrid M-F, 3 days in office

    Compensation: $180K - $220K plus a 15% annual performance-based bonus RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Expand revenue of existing clients

    • Manage practice effectively meeting billing, realization, days outstanding, and individual charge hour objectives.

    • Serve as key client contact;viewed as a trusted business advisor by clients.

    • May work directly with clients and manage staff.

    • Maybe a member of the Senior Operations Management Team

    • Responsible for short-term and long-term business planning

    • May be required to meet business development revenue expectations by adding new clients, cross-serve activity and fully executing a personal marketing plan.

    • Ensure quality control standards are met.

    • Maybe the internal advisor on technical matters as a subject matter expert.

    • Drive a time environment;demonstrate support of management decisions and build a positive culture.

    REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field, preferred.

    • 8 years of experience in public accounting or related field

    • Active CPA license

    • 6 years of supervisory experience.
