    About this Opportunity:

    As a Performance Analyst, you will support internal and external clients by maintaining portfolio performance data, generate composites, ad-hoc reporting and assist in GIPS audit process.

    In this role, you'll get to:

    Understand and evaluate the data integrity of performance data in our portfolio accounting system by identifying and resolving outliersSupport internal and external clients by producing ad hoc reports from our portfolio accounting system dailyPrepare performance composite returns on Brinker Capital's investment management products each monthPost internal performance returns for Brinker Capital's investment management products on external databases for public consumptionActively participate in the quarter end cycle (requires some weekend work) and eventually evaluating, running, & communicating end client performance reportsIdentify opportunities to increase efficiency for internal processes that would improve client experienceManipulate data received via various formats and sources into performance files, spreadsheets, and other accessible reports.

    Participate in GIPS audit with Brinker's GIPS verifier companyAssist Wealth Advisory team on performance and reporting related itemsTraining resource for internal staff on performance and portfolio accounting system informationWe're looking for talent who:
    Has minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fieldObtain Orion Industry CertificationHas minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services fieldPossess basic knowledge of Financial Securities and GIPSMay have Orion portfolio accounting experienceOwns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization#LI-AP1#LI-Onsite#LI-Hybrid

    Salary Range:
    $58, $86,621.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
