    About the Role:

    As the Inventory & Demand Planner, you play a key role in ensuring smooth inventory planning for both current and new products. Your role involves supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for assigned product lines to balance demand and supply effectively. By optimizing inventory performance, you'll contribute significantly to our success.

    How You Will Contribute:

    In this role, you'll focus on a specific part of the inMusic business. Working closely with product management, development teams, global sales leadership, regional operations teams, our Taiwan manufacturing liaison office, and contract manufacturers, you'll oversee the flow of finished goods and maintain ideal inventory levels. Your responsibilities include developing rolling 24-month demand forecasts and efficiently managing the entire supply chain, from placing purchase orders to receiving goods. We're looking for a supply chain pro who has strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills, and can implement demand and supply planning best practices at inMusic.

    Requirements

    • BA/BS degree in supply chain management, business, or related field
    • 3+ years of supply chain experience (Demand Planning/Supply Planning/Inventory Management/S&OP) in consumer goods
    • Understanding of financial and inventory metrics: sales, margin, weeks of supply, safety stock, sell thru, inventory turns
    • Familiarity with S&OP principles and practices
    • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
    • Previous SAP ERP experience in MRP planning a plus
    • Experience with Power BI is a plus
