    The Quinn Law Group seeks to add an experienced attorney to our growing team of personal injury lawyers.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Associate attorneys at the Quinn Law Group are expected to do the following:

    Case Management:

    • Handle a caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and other catastrophic personal injury claims.
    • Conduct initial client consultations to assess the viability of potential cases.
    • Develop and implement case strategies to maximize client outcomes.

    Legal Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct legal research to stay current with laws, regulations, and precedents related to personal injury cases.
    • Analyze case facts and legal issues to provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.
    • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.

    Client Representation:

    • Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing parties.
    • Prepare and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.
    • Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and addressing client concerns.

    Document Management:

    • Organize and maintain case files, including evidence, medical records, and correspondence.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate for each case.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to effectively manage cases.
    • Assist in mentoring and supervising junior staff members, including legal interns.

    Legal Strategy:

    • Develop litigation strategies and tactics to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
    • Evaluate settlement offers and advise clients on whether to accept or reject them.

    Client Development:

    • Participate in firm marketing and business development efforts, including networking and community engagement.
    • Help generate new leads and potential cases for the firm.

    Court Appearances:

    • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Seek opportunities for professional growth and actively contribute to the firm's success.

    Candidates must have exemplary research and writing, communication, and organizational skills.

    Candidates must also be licensed in PA and NJ (or have reciprocity to waive in).

    The Firm offers a competitive compensation package comprised of a base salary, bonuses, and commissions.
