    This individual will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of CNC machining processes working on tight tolerance, complex parts, and be comfortable with the creep feed surface grinding processes.

    First and second shift opportunities available.


    1st Shift:

    7:00AM - 3:30PM2nd Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PMHighlights and BenefitsQuarterly profit-sharing bonusPaid time off401(k) with company matchPaid holidaysTuition / professional development reimbursementHealth, dental, and vision insuranceOptional HSA with company contributionShort-term disability, long term disability, and life insurance at no costLimitless opportunity for advancementRequirements Setup and operate creep feed grinderMake minor program adjustments as neededVerify machine settings prior to operationFollow specifications according to customer or internal work instructionsUse in-process gauges to validate operations and document findings accordinglyPerform basic machine maintenance to PM scheduleOversee consumable inventory and provide feedback to purchasing as requiredMaintain continuity among shifts by documenting and communicating actionsProvide feedback for continuous improvement opportunitiesTroubleshoot and correct tool or equipment issuesMaintain a clean and organized workspaceTrain additional personnel to cover increasing production requirements Grind complex tight tolerance features in high-temp alloys Knowledge, skills, and abilitiesSolid understanding of GD&T with ability to read and interpret drawing requirementsBasic shop math and computer literacyAdaptable to working in a team or minimally supervised individual settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative, positive, team-player approach to work and projects alike High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of relevant CNC surface grinding experience Proven track record with consistent employment in industryPortfolio or examples of workWillingness to demonstrate on-machine aptitude Willingness to work overtime as requested Salary Description Up to $30.
