    Role: ATE Test Engineer (w/ Teradyne UFLEX exp)
    Duration:
    6+ months
    Type:
    Contractor
    Compensation: $60+ / hr DOE

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop test programs on Teradyne UFLEX platform for Analog and Mixed signal devices
    • Support HW development for WS and FT including Concept schematics, BOM, routing and layout etc
    • Debug existing solution for yield, test time reduction etc.
    • Analyze test data for optimizing test solution
    Skills Required:
    • Expertise in Teradyne UFLEX instrumentation (UVI80, UP1600, TMU, DCtime)
    • UFlex experience & volume production experience in NPI is very important
    • Expertise in VBT
    • Expertise in Pattern Oriented programming
    • Expertise in I2C communication
    • Expertise in Trimming and OTP
    • Expertise in Data Analysis
    • Expertise in SVN, Bit Bucket & JIRA
    • Sufficient knowledge on Python scripting
    • Expertise in Analog/DC tests
    • Expertise in Mixed signal Tests
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the above skills.
