    is currently seeking a dynamic

    Human Resources Director

    for our Tampa office. This role is pivotal in shaping our firm's workforce and culture. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.


    Responsibilities:
    Directly involved in the hiring, onboarding, and termination of employees.

    Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the firm's Employee Handbook, policies, and HR department activities, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with the firm's mission and talent strategy.

    Oversee the daily workflow of the HR department, providing performance evaluations and managing discipline and terminations.
    Collaborate with firm management on staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies.
    Administer human resource programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and training and development.
    Identify staffing needs and develop best practices for hiring and talent management.
    Conduct research and analysis on organizational trends and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    Update the Firm's Employee Handbook as needed and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and employment law.
    Develop and implement the HR departmental budget with the Firm's CFO.
    Facilitate professional development and training activities for staff.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    Minimum five years of human resource management experience.
    SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS and talent management systems.
    Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
