- Deploy 3Gtms Transportation Management packaged software
- Design TMS solutions leveraging 3G-TM Product and best practices
- Review customer-provided data for accuracy
- Recommend best practices and process improvements
- Team up with 3G Technical Services personnel, delivering solution interfaces to other systems with 3G-TM.
- Keep the Project Manager apprised of the project health including timeline, budget, scope, and risks ensuring successful project delivery
- Make sure that the work is completed on time
- Ensure all issues are driven to closure
- Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Keep the project manager up to date on activities
- Taking Notes on Customer Calls to assist the Solution Architect
- Contacting carriers to support carrier connectivity/onboarding
- Identify issues and create support tickets, working with development to replicate and resolve
- Leading Screen share sessions with Customers
- Support User Acceptance Testing
- Support client go-live
- Have a BS degree in Logistics, IT, or Engineering, plus 2 years of industry experience; or a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Have worked with Non-Asset TMS, such as 3G, Oracle TM, SAP TM, Blue Yonder, Mercurygate, Blujay, JDA, or CH Robinson
- Possess excellent Excel skills
- Have a working Knowledge of North American Over-the-Road modes (TL, LTL, Parcel, intermodal.)
- Are an excellent communicator to the customer, with the ability to do so confidently and influence decisions.
- Possess great listening skills.
- Are familiar with project management methodologies.
- Ability to travel. Implementations often require working on-site at the customer's location. Travel will be 0% - 80% depending upon the project.
- Technical knowledge and skills related to software solutions (SaaS environment), such as API and XML familiarity.

Summary of Position
We need an ambitious and skilled solution consultant who will work directly with our clients to implement 3G TMS software. This role plays an integral part in implementation projects by working with the Solution Architect to design business flows, train clients, configure the application, and support project go live.
