    About the role:

    • Partner with customers to analyze, design, test, implement, and maintain Workday solutions.
    • Provide project support for various HR areas as needed, offering advanced analysis and solutions for business data.
    • Collaborate with other departments to interpret and manage business reports, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Consult with HR teams to make informed decisions on technology and HR systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage new system implementations, upgrades, configurations, and enhancements for Workday systems, particularly Workday Benefits.
    • Act as a liaison in system planning and implementation, collaborating with IT teams and vendors.
    • Provide expertise on automated applications, serving as the main point of contact for end users on process changes.
    • Offer analysis of business processes to identify needs and propose solutions for improvement.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshoot technical and user issues, and coordinate system upgrades.
    • Conduct statistical analysis for informed decision-making and provide training and mentorship within the team.

    Required Skills:

    • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Benefits Configuration.
    • Workday Benefits Pro Certification.
