- Set-up and operate Vertical and Horizontal Milling machines to perform machining operations on a variety of materials.
- Make all edits and off-sets as required to produce parts to print
- Must be able to review blueprints and/or written specifications for a job while demonstrating ability to inspect parts utilizing specialized inspection tools and checking tolerances
- Operate more than one machine as required to print tolerance and specification.
- Coordinate with the Quality department to ensure parts comply with specifications.
- Provide troubleshooting skills to problem-solve issues associated with program and parts
- Complete paperwork accurately following good documentation practices
- Work with continuous improvement in mind and a constant feedback loop for machine efficiency
- Complete preventive maintenance procedures on equipment
- Maintain area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition
- Observe all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer candidates to have CNC Milling experience or knowledge and ability to be trained
- Experience reading blue prints
- Basic understanding of quality requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Exposure to loud noises
- Working in the presence of fork trucks and other manufacturing machinery
- Tasks require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending, and repetitive motion
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently

Job Summary: Set-up and operate complex precision machining operations to exacting tolerances and specifications requiring a high level of skill and machining experience.
