Pulmonary Critical Care Physician Opportunity in a Premier Regional Medical Facility


Position Overview:

Practice Type:
Hospital Employed
Team: 4 Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians + Nurse Practitioners (2 FT, 2 PT)
Support: 24/7 Nurse Practitioner coverage, performing all procedures


ICU:
18-bed, semi-open with an additional 6-bed ICU at a nearby facility

Structure:
Clinic and ICU coverage

Schedule:
Full Time, Monday to Friday with one late day per week (10am-7pm)

Call:
Shared among 4 PCC physicians (1/5 for weekends)


EMR:
Paragon (AllScripts)


Ideal Candidate:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary Critical Care
Welcoming New Graduates and current practitioners
J-1 and H1b visa candidates encouraged (Visa sponsorship available)


Key Job Details:

Patient Volumes:
Serving a significant 5-county area

Procedures:
Comprehensive ICU procedures including ventilation, lines, para/thoracentesis, intubations

Hospital Facilities:
State-of-the-art with a significant annual patient volume


Compensation & Benefits:

Income Guarantee (3-year contract) + Production bonus

$500,000+ (Based on Experience)
