- Provide comprehensive and compassionate medical care to patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Conduct thorough evaluations, diagnose illnesses, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Monitor and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging studies.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive healthcare practices, disease management, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records using our electronic medical records system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and seamless patient care.
- Adhere to established protocols, guidelines, and best practices to deliver evidencebased medicine.
- Participate in oncall rotations, with a call responsibility of one in four
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
- Fresh graduates from training programs are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in Internal Medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a highvolume but compassionate care practice environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Must have a clean professional record without any malpractice.
- Call is 1 in 4 shared
- Competitive salary of $260,000 annually, in alignment with MGMA and salary surveys for Internal Medicine physicians.
- Additional Bonuses and compensation are available, Sign On , Relocation, RVU.
