Job summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to engage with our team and serve as a primary contact between the UEC and Vision Rehabilitation referral agencies.

The Coordinator will support the Service Chief with outreach initiatives and collaborate with other outreach coordinators, managers, and staff. Responsibilities include providing exceptional patient service; coordinating with referral agencies and vendors; scheduling appointments; managing documentation and authorizations from agencies such as the New York State Commission for the Blind and the Department of Education;
