    Data Science Analyst - Full Time Job

    Ideally a US Citizen or Greeen Card holder within the DMV area preferably.


    Position Summary :
    We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Science Analyst to lead our data science initiatives, leveraging expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Python to
    drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and the ability to mentor junior analysts.


    Key Responsibilities :
    Design and implement advanced data models and algorithms using LLMs and Python.
    Conduct complex data analysis to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
    Develop/oversee the creation of sophisticated data visualizations and analytical reports.
    Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve data-centricsolutions.
    Mentor junior data science team members and contribute to their professional growth.


    Required Qualifications :
    Expertise in Python programming and experience with LLMs such as GPT-3 or BERT.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
    Proficient in data analytics and machine learning tools and frameworks.
    Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    Proven track record of managing data science projects.
    Demonstrated leadership in a data analytics environment.

    Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field OR Bachelors and 5 years professional experience in Data Science.

    3+ years of experience in a data science role, with a focus on LLMs and Python.
    Currently possess or is able to obtain Public Trust clearance.


    Knowledge Preferred :
    Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining.
    Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.
    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
