    Description
    Full-time: Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
    *As the longest-running ABA therapy provider in Indiana since 1997, we are looking for caring and passionate individuals to work with our patients. With over 300 employees, 13 ABA centers, clinical research teams, family support resources, an ever-expanding portfolio of community outreach partnerships and an experienced leadership and support team, we are committed to providing patients the highest quality programming and services possible.
    *As a Behavior Technician (BT) you will provide individualized ABA therapy, work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and other ABC staff, train and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills, collect data on program goals via an electronic collection system, and receive in-depth as well as ongoing training with opportunities to grow into multiple departments within the company.
    *Provide direct 1:1 ABA Therapy to patients

    • Able to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)-40 hour training
    • Able to become Professional Crisis management (PCM) certified via the required training course
    • Able to become First Aid/CPR certified
    • Able to effectively operate a tablet and learn new electronic data collection software
    • Eager to continue learning and developing skills within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
    • At least 9 Paid PTOs days, 9 Unpaid days, & 9 Paid Holidays (Additional PTO day with each year of Service) or more
