    Essential Functions (include but not limited to): Under the direction and leadership of the Program Manager, the Assistant Program Manager has the overall responsibility to ensure that all station operations are performed in a consistent manner with the agreed procedures and protocol in accordance with company, TSA, airport, and client standards.

    The APMs direct, plan, organize, and coordinate with collaboration from Supervisors, the day-to-day operations of the Aviation Security Officer force.


    Responsibilities:


    Provide management oversight of the Curbside Traffic Management contract at Orlando International Airport Ensure all security functions are performed in accordance with TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations and corporate policies.

    Responsible for station staffing, and development of scheduling procedures, including their initial badging and in some cases licensing. Responsible to ensure that staffing and scheduled hours are in accordance with contractual agreement with our client. Evaluate station attendance and performance deficiencies and administer corrective measures in accordance with Human Resources policies. Administer payroll reporting within the established guidelines and deadlines. Ensure cost effective measures across the station.

    Responsible for station compliance relating to all reporting procedures; administer procedural changes and ensure they are communicated effectively and efficiently with staff.

    Conduct staff briefings as neededWork collaborativelywith the Training and Compliance department on all training (initial and recurrent) of station personnel.

    Safeguarding company equipment and vehicles. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


    QualificationsExperience & Qualifications:


    Must have 3+ years management experience A proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.

    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institutionMust be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verifyMust have great intrapersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at various social levels across many diverse culturesWilling and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative resultsMust be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references)Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge with Customs seal as distributed by local airport authority and US Customs and Border PatrolMust be able to pass any initial and recurrent training classes as administered by the company, and/or local airport authority Must have experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and OutlookA.C.


    E certification or willing to obtain oneLanguage Skills:
    English Proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)

    Physical/Environmental Requirements:

    Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, and involves exposure to noise, chemical, and other contaminants, moving mechanical hazards, and extremes of temperature and weather conditions.

    Must have sufficient visual acuity, with or without corrective lenses; sufficient auditory ability, with or without audio logical devices; able to tolerate exposure to noise levels up to 120 decibels; capable of being on one's feet for extended periods of time and lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
