    CONSULTANT MUST WORK ONSITE

    Qualifications:


    • Strong comfort level with Excel, ability to run reports as needed by Management


    • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment


    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office


    • Strong sense of urgency


    • Must have excellent communication skills, both verb and written.


    • Must have superior follow through skills


    • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience


    • Working knowledge of Horizon is preferred.


    • UKG ATS experience preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    This position will support a team of Recruiters and Coordinators on key administrative processes for fast paced, high volume recruitment. The Recruiting Coordinator is required to demonstrate unparalleled integrity and high energy while working under minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities & Qualifications:


    • Create and open requisitions via the company Applicant Tracking System (Horizon) ensuring that postings are managed for effectiveness and within appropriate guidelines/timeframes


    • Create and extend offer letters via Applicant Tracking System (Horizon).


    • Responsible for generating and managing the background verification/pre-employment process.


    • Troubleshoot and assist candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain solid candidate contact from offer acceptance to start date.


    • Collaborate with and proactively support Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates, providing superior customer service and candidate experiences throughout each step of the recruiting process


    • Keep accurate record keeping via excel on all candidates in process and starts.


    • Coordinate first day details with recruiter, hiring manager and local onboarding coordinator once start date is confirmed.


    • Send first day instructions to candidate ensuring a positive onboarding experience.


    • Participate in special projects on as needed basis.
