We're looking for compassionate and reliable Independent Living Skills Trainers (ILST) to join our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) team in Wallingford,CT. You'll work one-on-one with individuals, helping them rebuild life skills, gain confidence,
and live more independently — all while being part of a mission-driven nonprofit that truly values its team.
- Support individuals in developing independent living skills such as daily routines,
budgeting, cooking, and communication. - Provide non-medical care, supervision,
and socialization based on each client's personalized service plan.
