    Diversified Radiology is seeking a highly skilled fellowship-trained Radiologist to join our specialized after-hours team.

    We are looking for individuals with a fellowship in Body Imaging, Emergency Radiology, or Musculoskeletal Radiology who have experience in emergency and body imaging reads.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting CT, ultrasound, x-ray, MR, and Nuclear imaging studies of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis. They should be comfortable with general imaging as well, to help out with additional volume when needed.

    • Schedule: 7 days on, 14 days off (122 shifts per year)

    Compensation Package/Benefits:

    • $50,000 Yearly Late Night Shift Bonus (10p-7a MST shift only)
    • Salary: $470,000 (including $400,000 base + $20,000 retention bonus + $50,000 Late night bonus) with partnership opportunities offering $500,000-$550,000, depending on productivity.
    • Moving Allowance: $15,000 if applicable
    • Partnership Track: 1 year for candidates with 2+ years of experience; 2 years for less-experienced candidates.
    • Productivity bonus: offered to associates and partners
    • Fellowship Stipend: $1,000 monthly stipend during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology.
    • Vacation: Generous time off with internal moonlighting options available.
    • Insurance: Full malpractice insurance (professional liability) and health insurance for the employee and their family, subject to eligibility.
    • Other Benefits: 401(k) with Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing after 1 year, stock options, student loan subsidy, preferred rates for refinancing, and a business expense account.

    Workflow:

    • PACS System: All imaging studies across our hospital systems and imaging partners are read using InteleViewer, which integrates seamlessly with partner PACS systems. InteleViewer allows radiologists to work from a single platform, and its Instant Messaging (IM) function facilitates communication between techs, radiologists, and our 24/7 in-house radiology support team (ATC). Radiologists can easily share case links for second opinions.
    • Dictation Software: We use PowerScribe 360 for dictation.
    • Worklist Management: Clario Smart Worklist prioritizes cases for your assigned shift and launches InteleViewer when a case is selected. Cases can be manually selected or auto-launched, with worklists optimized for urgency and efficiency.
    • AI: AIdoc for detection of intracranial hemorrhage, cervical spine fractures, PE, incidental PE.
    • Credentialing and onboarding are fully supported by administrative staff.
    • Radiology assistants and 24/7 IT support are available to ensure seamless workflow.
