- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to help identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide counseling and support to students facing social, emotional, and academic challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop effective strategies for improving student outcomes.
- Lead professional development sessions for staff on topics such as mental health awareness, crisis intervention, and effective classroom management techniques.
- Serve as a resource for students, families, and staff regarding mental health issues and available support services.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive support plans for students.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Experience working in a school setting, preferred.
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, learning processes, and behavioral interventions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
