    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will assist individuals with their daily living needs, develop meaningful relationships, and provide support with personal hygiene and other complex needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living needs
    • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
    • Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
    • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities

    Requirements:

    • No high school diploma required
    • No experience required
    • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
