- Lead the conceptualization, design, and validation of mechanical components and systems formachinery, adhering to industry standards and specifications.
- Utilize expertise in SolidWorks, employing PDM (Product Data Management) for seamless designcollaboration and version control.
- Apply extensive knowledge of high-speed rotary packaging equipment, particularly in areas likerinsers, fillers, cappers, or labelers, to drive innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration, functionality, and safety of machine designs.
- Conduct thorough analysis, simulations, and testing to validate and optimize designs for performance and reliability.
- Identify and address design inefficiencies or challenges, proposing and implementing solutions for enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Machinery Design.
- Hands-on experience with high-speed rotary packaging equipment, specifically in areas like rinsers, fillers, cappers, or labelers.
- Expertise in SolidWorks and proficiency in PDM for effective design management and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to perform analysis, simulations, and testing for design validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively to overcome design challenges.
