    About the Role
    As a Sr.

    Solutions Engineer, you will continue to serve as the primary technical solutions expert for our North American sales team, leveraging comprehensive knowledge and experience in diverse technological domains.

    Your role involves the diagnosis and development of end-to-end integrated packaging solutions across various market verticals. You will spearhead research into existing processes, identifying customer needs, and aligning these requirements with Packsize's robust technological repertoire.

    What you'll do :


    Conceptualizing, designing, and executing end-to-end solutions encompassing Conveyance, Picking Systems, AMR/AGV, SCADA, and integration with Warehouse Software Systems, ensuring seamless integration and operation within diverse customer value streams.

    Collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Field Operations, Product Management, and R&D, to deliver comprehensive and tailor-made engineering solutions that not only address current needs but also pave the way for future innovations.


    You will have the opportunity to:
    Conceptualize how Packsize products and solutions impact customer value streams in a variety of industries and verticals
    Assist the Sales Teams by driving technical components of the business case through diagnostic analysis of direct labor, material savings, shipping cost reduction, and packaging needs
    Develop engineering solutions incorporating customer process/data flows and layouts
    Facilitate cross-functional teams to implement Packsize solutions
    Partner with Product Management, Data Integration, Research and Development teams to improve Packsize products and engineering solutions
    Collaborate with Sales and Field Operations teams to continuously improve Sales Engineering and Project Management


    What you'll bring:
    Experienced in complex, solution-based sales within related technologies
    Warehouse MHE; conveyance systems, sorters, AMR/AGV, etc.
    Goods to person, Automated Storage Retrieval Systems, picking methodologies, etc.
    Warehouse Software; ERP/WMS/WES/WM as well as SCADA systems
    Desire To work at the nexus of products, technologies and business development
    Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets within positions of increasing responsibility and ownership
    Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing
    Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
    Successful at selling in complicated sales surroundings, including C-Suite, technical experts and operator level
    Able to travel up to 50%.
    Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
    Ability to work from a home office


    Preferred Skills & Experience:
    Warehouse and intralogistic experience
    Industrial Engineering experience or related field
    Experience in diagnostic, technical sales or consulting
    Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain or business analysis
    Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Lucidchart, Flexsim and standard office software tools
    Demonstrated expertise/experience in project management/change management
    Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement tools.
    What We Offer
    The salary range for this role is

    $95,000 to 125,000


    however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
