Assesses medical record documentation to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.

Supervise and direct the Chart Management staff for both the DE and Cecil campuses by organizing and monitoring workflow, delegating assignments, reviewing and evaluating work performance and recommending personnel action.

Conducts medical record reviews to validate inpatient and outpatient surgery documentation compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agency standards.

Coordinates provider hands-on medical record review process and produces detailed outcomes report.
Completes timekeeping activities and updates attendance records regularly for staff.

Bachelor or Associate Degree in HIM or related field.
