- Annotate/dimension coordinated MEP systems to produce install drawings for clients.
- Placement of MEP system supports/hanger utilizing Revit.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- High school diploma
- Ability to read and understand engineered construction drawings
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing to work on a team and present good problem solving skills
- Resides in Michigan.
- Knowledge of MEP Construction
- Knowledge of Revit/Revit MEP Software
- Degree or certificate in drafting or modeling / any previous detailing experience
- Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks
- Experience with point clouds
- Experience with 3D laser scanning
- Experience with field layout equipment
- Familiar with applicable commercial building codes (plumbing and mechanical).
