    CyberArk Developer

    Hybrid schedule – 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week wfh

    Location: downtown Houston

    Visa status- USC/GC

    End Client-Large energy company in downtown Houston – they have asked for us to keep it anonymous right now until we meet with candidates

    Day to day:

    support CyberArk the application, build vaults, manage accounts, provide advice on our roadmap moving fwd. third level support on helpdesk and IAM team.

    This person should be able to help strategize how we will continue to build the CyberArk platform. A lot of pieces we own we are not using and we need to be. Experience with service accounts and integration with service accounts.

    This person will be the Lead CyberArk Developer who will interface with all levels of management in all areas of the business. When Jennifer cannot join a business meeting, she expects this person to step in to answer questions like: Why is this costing me xyz? Why do we have to build a new server? Need to communicate orally and verbally.

    Also needs them to have basic skills in SailPoint - nothing above administrative level for SP, and I know this is asking a lot.

    Things to note:

    • We use the ServiceNow ticketing system.
    • Going through SAP implementation upgrade – integration to S/4 HANA
    • Moving to Azure cloud – currently on-prem with 1,000 applications
    • Goal is to move 100 of those apps to the cloud by EOY

    Team: 15 on his Cyber team – this person will be the Lead CyberArk/SailPoint who will interface with all levels of management in all areas of the business.

    Top 3 Required:

    Good personality, great communication skills, aptitude to do the job. Willingness to learn something new. Communicate with all levels of management to answer questions like: Why is this costing me xyz? Why do we have to build a new server? Not only explain in technical terms, but the way business folks will understand. Articulate in writing and speaking.

    They need to have a Bach degree if they are CTH

    1. 8-10 years experience with Identity Access Management (IAM)
    2. Third level support for IAM product CyberArk:
    3. My team comes in and goes through routines to ensure things are working, terminations from last night. Pick up the phone and call to troubleshoot why the terminations did not go through. Is the application running currently? Is there a transaction coming through that was missed? Why is someone's rights not there? Why wasn't the ticket created?
    4. Integration with SAP and SailPoint is a MUST have.
    5. Integration with Coupa and successfactor, firewalls, cisco, palo, integration with voice (service accounts) all NICE TO HAVES
