Description

Do you have at least one year of Physical Therapy experience and a desire to contribute to our successful and growing Physical Therapy program? MetroPartners Obstetrics & Gynecology, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist with clinical expertise, pelvic floor/women's health experience, excellent communication skills, a positive and caring personality, and a passion for women's health.

This person will currently see patients at our Maplewood location (but be willing to travel to our other locations as services expand)

Our Physical Therapy program works collaboratively with and complements an array of services offered by our talented team of physicians. As a member of our team, you would:

Responsibilities

Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
Manage your caseload of patients and transition to next level of care as appropriate.
Coordinate client care with interdisciplinary teams.
Perform timely documentation of care using electronic health record
Follow and maintain compliance standards

Qualifications

Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy School
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of MN
1+ years experience in pelvic health required (would consider a new grad with completion of Level 1 Pelvic Floor course from Herman & Wallace, APRTA Pelvic Health Therapy (or comparable courses)
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Good time management skills

Job Type: Part time

Salary: Dependent on qualifications/experience

Setting: Clinic

Schedule: Day or day/evening

Expected hours: Preferred 3 days, but no less than 27 hours per week

Work location: In person
