    OB/GYN Physician Position

    We are seeking an experienced Per Diem Physician specializing in OB/GYN to join our team at the Fifth Ward Lyons Clinic.

    About the Position

    The OB/GYN Physician will provide medical care relating to pregnancy and childbirth, as well as diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases of women, especially those related to the reproductive system. This includes scheduled hours in the clinic, on-call services, and clinical or operations-related meetings that may take place after-hours.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide routine check-ups, prenatal care, and gynecological exams
    • Treat conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth, and women's health
    • Diagnose and manage diseases of the female reproductive system
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

    Requirements

    • Medical Doctorate from an accredited institution
    • Current Texas licensure to practice medicine
    • Completion of ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency or clinical fellowship in OB/GYN
    • Certification in OB/GYN by the ABOG or AOBOG
    • Experience working in a hospital or clinic setting
    • Spanish speaking skills preferred
