- You will collaborate with teams both internal and external to Stryker to solve data communication challenges
- You will leverage design principals, design patterns, and apply them to address specific product requirements

- You will adhere to required processes for medical device regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science or related discipline required
- 6+ years of work experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency with Java, Linux, and databases
- Experience or certification in SAFe and/or Scrum Agile
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with Cloud Development and Containers
- Knowledge of common networking and messaging protocols such as TCP, UDP, SOAP, REST, HL7, JSON, XML, RTP, SIP
- Consistent track record of overcoming obstacles to deliver high quality technical results within committed time parameters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Stryker is looking for a talented, hands-on Software Engineer to join our growing organization. You will be a responsible for the design and implementation of complete integration systems for rapid delivery of critical events and communications to intelligent healthcare systems and medical professionals to support cutting-edge patient care solutions.
