- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.

- Manage the day to day task assignments, deliverable and schedule completions of all Supplier personnel.
- Minimum Education and Experience Requirements.
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP certification.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of strong project / portfolio and team management experience, including the following:
- Experience with external consultant/customer management.
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite Tool set including MS Project and other PM tools.
- Knowledge of RUP, SDLC, or other process methodologies.
- Joint Application Development session (JAD) facilitation experience or similar methodology to gather cross-functional requirements.
- Demonstrated experience leading programs, projects and technology initiatives in municipal, state or federal service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex technical and functional scope/solutions in a manner that is understood by a diverse audience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing relationships across business lines, departments and organizational functional elements.
- Excellent customer presentation and communications skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of the project life cycle.
