    Join our patient-centered, dedicated team as a leading Family Practitioner in
    Connecticut treating the communities of the Hartford area.


    Schedule:

    • Assignment dates: 2/1/2024-6/30/2024
    * 32 hours per week

    • The office is open Monday - Friday

    Practice Setting:

    • Outpatient setting
    • Volume: 20 patients per day
    • Ages: All

    Types of Cases:

    • Must be able to do physicals, pre-op appointments, transfer of care, sick visits, and chronic illness management

    Requirements:

    • Active unrestricted license in CT
    • Board Certification

    Highlights:

    • No procedures are required
    • Paper charting
    • Can accommodate early starts on Mondays and Fridays
