- Translate end-user/customer needs into end-to-end systems requirements

- Ability to conceptualize, design, implement, and test complex RF, electrical & mechanical systems
- Experience in system test and production test
- Experience with RF Chain Analysis
- Experience with MBSE
- Experience designing Test Fixture and Interface Test Adapter (ITA) designs that meet performance, cost, and manufacturability goals
- Experience with Agile (Configuration Management Database), SharePoint, Solidworks 3D, DxDesigner, JIRA, JAMA Software or DOORS Software
- Active DoD Secret clearance In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $120,000 - $223,000

This position will be based at our Carlsbad, CA facility
Position Overview:
As a Systems Engineer you'll be asked to contribute to program responsibilities including proposal efforts, requirements definition, conceptual design, tradeoffs, detailed design and drawings, prototype build, and integration and test
Documentation efforts of the team will also include Solidworks Electrical Schematic Drafting, DxDesigner PWA Schematic Drafting, Wirelist Creation, Bill-Of-Materials (BOM) Creation, Agile (CMDB) Submissions, and Peer Reviews of EE and ME documentation
Essential Responsibilities:
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
