- Interact with Property Managers regularly making sure to help with research tenant leases, prepare reconciliation of tenant payment history, and reports, assist with invoice coding
- Maintain the tenant leases in the accounting systems
- Complete monthly GL close and assist with management report
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly detailed work papers
- Prepare OPEX revenue for annual budgets
- Prepare OPEX to true-up calculations and annual billings
- Review of property A/P and submission of the weekly check run
- Any special projects
- Bachelor's in Accounting required
- 5+ years of property or staff accounting experience
- Real estate industry experience required
- Must be able to read and interpret lease verbiage
- Advanced Excel
- ERP System experience such as Yardi or MRI
- Compliance with COVID-19 procedures
- Hybrid work schedule
