    Description


    The Mackinac Center for Public Policy seeks a Marketing Analyst to help grow our efforts in Michigan and across the nation.


    The Marketing Analyst will:


    Work closely with a robust marketing and communications team to integrate our strategic plan, with a specific focus on email outreach and marketing efforts.

    Learn, understand and become an expert in email outreach, including maintaining and growing our list.
    Use data analytics to measure our efforts across a variety of marketing platforms.
    Work with our team to help keep projects on track and on target.
    Devise new ways to track and measure our reach and success.

    The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
    Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter.
    Experience in gathering, tracking and measuring relevant data and other analytical work.
    Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive projects, develop plans and execute those plans effectively.
    Deep understanding of and commitment to the principles of limited government, free enterprise and personal responsibility.
    Experience with databases, especially Hubspot or MailChimp, and basic Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    Bachelor's degree preferred, being a lifelong learner is a requirement.
    This position is located at our headquarters in Midland, Michigan.


    The Mackinac Center offers competitive salary and benefits including but not limited to: health, dental, life, disability insurance and 30 days paid time off, in addition to nine paid holidays per year.
