Develops and initiates standards methods for inspection testing and evaluation devises sampling procedures designs develops forms instructions recording evaluating reporting quality reliability data directs workers engaged measuring testing product tabulating data materials product process quality reliability compiles writes training material conducts training sessions on quality control activities holds up Product Engineers Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues assures data availability integrity all quality related data consolidates reports quality results initiates corrective action requests tracks satisfactory completion assists development implementation of audits ensures maintenance application revision of processing standard products precision accuracy inspecting testing evaluating equipment facilities approves qualifications production equipment processes provides liaison various regulatory bodies maintains records traceability corrections deviations specifications processes validation auditing inventory.
