Job Title: Rooftop Commercial Solar PV Installer

Company: GreenSpark Solar

Location: Rochester, NY

Overview:

• Install photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs and ground-mounted structures
• Ensure safety compliance at all times
• Utilize hand and power tools for installations
• Work with a team of 3-8 members on projects

Qualifications:

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• No prior solar experience required for entry-level
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to safety and willingness to learn

Working Conditions:

• Working at heights and in varying temperatures
• Physical labor involving lifting and climbing
• Full-time position with some travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 certification
• Background in solar or related construction field
