    As a Senior Manager Product Owner for Digital Product Management, Retail Digital Experiences you will be responsible for designing and implementing both maintenance enhancements and high priority projects related to account summary experience applications across and Mobile Web.


    Key responsibilities:
    Design and implement both maintenance enhancements and high priority projects related to experiences across , Mobile and other platforms.

    Specific product leadership across our web and mobile experiences, including executing against roadmap, managing sequencing and prioritization of product backlogs, and driving to product delivery.

    Owning product team's execution strategy for all product rollouts from usability to marketing to field integration.

    Applies advance knowledge of product/domain across channels to facilitate requirements gathering activities, define the client experience target state, defines requirements, manage relationships, and supports the facilitation of project planning and execution.

    Developing Agile user stories for the account summary product development team. Fulfilling the product owner role in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and product demos. May conduct post implementation support; ie. resolving defect tickets, evaluating performance, monitoring dashboards, evaluating progress, and refining metrics as needed. Identifies opportunities to improve multi-channel client experience, gather and analyze data, and partner with appropriate areas to develop solutions. Identifies and troubleshoots issues and defects. Researches and identifies industry best practices and trends to increase effectiveness. Acquires, maintains, and applies advanced knowledge of business, its products and processes, and digital management. Providing thought leadership in the design of new processes and interactions to enhance the overall client experience. Researching and investigating production issues as they arise. Providing regular and concise updates to management team.
    May provide business leaders with insight and recommendations on project related issues. Prepare and deliver recommendations to various levels of leadership. Serves as a resource to resolve escalated issues related to digital account summary. Navigates obstacles to deliver digital results, which may include providing technical direction. Serving as the subject matter expert to cross-functional groups.
    Applies expertise in digital technologies. Supports resources to ensure optimum efficiency and effective delivery.
    Collaborates with business partners and stakeholders to tackle complex and challenging issues.
    Leverages data and reports for continuous optimization of the experience. Additional projects and tasks based on business needs. What you haveSignificant experience in Agile development practices and Product Owner responsibilities.

    Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Strong experience in defining requirements for front end web experiences.

    High adaptability in managing an emerging platform through new and evolving consumer trends in financial data management.

    Ability to multitask and manage the heightened risk profile associated with supporting client data visible on some of the most popular financial service platforms in the country.

    Ability to cultivate relationships with a variety of internal consumer platforms and external partners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and must exemplify the vision and values of Schwab. Experience with mobile, email and web technologies and their application.

    Ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders such as Marketing, Legal/Compliance, Technology, Product Owners across lines of business and Field Representatives.

    Solid problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated business acumen combined with strong technical foundation. Advanced knowledge in business case and CBA development. Proficient knowledge of business analytics, data analysis, and research techniques.
    Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Tableau dashboards, VBAs, and RPAs. Advanced knowledge of digital products and/or emerging technology platforms, applications, and standards. Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work through ambiguity. Experience with and ability to lead people and projects through influence. Ability to work within certain processes, but also be able to proactively work toward improvements. Ability to excel in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities with a degree of independence. Team playermust be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a highly matrixed organization. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 2-5 plus years of experience in the financial services industry.
