    Job Title - Recruiter

    Salary:
    $65,000 to $75,000 per year + commissions + benefits
    Location - On Site in Palo Alto, CA
    Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm

    Essential Functions
    Full life cycle corporate recruitment to include but not limited to: Performing recruiting activities including intake meetings with hiring managers, advertising and sourcing positions using multiple resources including social media, job boards, networking, job fair attendance, direct sourcing, working in ATS system
    Conduct thorough interviews, and testing (if applicable) required to maintain a pool of talent at all times for both Technical corporate level positions, as well as for Hourly wage positions
    Manage applicants in ATS system
    Negotiate Pay Rates based on position
    Maintain constant communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure all parties remain engaged in recruitment cycle
    Participate in networking opportunities within the community
    Work on projects applicable to account as needed

    Requirements
    Minimum of 2-3 years of Recruiting experience with Technical Recruiting (i.e., Aerospace & Defense, Technical Companies, Software

    Engineers/Developers)

    and/or Engineering roles (i.e., Manufacturing Engineering)
    MUST have excellent Customer Service skills - this is a Client-facing role
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    Must have ATS experience moving candidates through the workflow
    Knowledge of employment laws, company policies, and procedures to make informed decisions regarding placements
    Ability to establish relationships with clients, hiring managers, peers, candidates, talent and centers of influence to drive business
    Strong knowledge of recruiting and industry trends based on markets and businesses supported

    Required Education
    4 years College Associate's degree or equivalent work experience


    Highly Preferred Skills:
    Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or Recruiter on Demand setting
    Corporate Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
    Staffing with experience working directly with customers
