    Position: Communications Manager, Hilton Supply Management

    Client: Hilton

    Location: ONSITE IN Mclean, VA

    Length: 12month contract to hire

    Rate: $30-$35/hr on W2

    Work Auth: W2

    Overview

    The Manager of HSM Communications will be responsible for managing the internal and external communications for Hilton Supply Management. The Manager will support HSM Strategy and Leadership teams to drive messaging that clearly and consistently communicates HSM's vision, value proposition, and key strategic initiatives.

    Responsibilities


    • Manage internal and external communication for Hilton Supply Management


    • Drive messaging that clearly and consistently communicates HSMs vision, value proposition, and key initiatives


    • Take complicated information and distill it down to clear and concise messaging


    • Manage communications calendar and lead the development and timing of several internal and external communications, including newsletters, emails, memos, presentations, white papers, etc.


    • Work cross-functionally with various internal teams in crafting a clear message, building a distribution list, and executing projects and initiatives on time and on budget


    • Support with social media channels content (mostly LinkedIn) with timely on-brand messaging, working alongside Marketing Manager and Events Manager to gather necessary information and approvals


    • Deliver a weekly communications packet to senior leadership for review, ensuring projects are staying on track with timelines


    • Ensure all HSM communications adhere to corporate brand guidelines

    Basic Qualifications


    2-4 years experience in communications


    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint


    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously


    • Bachelors degree in a relevant area is a plus


    • 2+ years of experience in project management is a plus


    • Global experience working in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
