Role: Security Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure and security operations, guaranteeing the resilience of organizational systems.
• Exhibit proficiency in understanding products and technologies, including identity access management and security systems.
• Possess a comprehensive grasp of security controls, monitoring tools, and compliance requirements.
• Employ effective communication skills to articulate intricate security concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Implement strategies for organizational change management, with a keen focus on security implications.
• Collaborate with the security team to execute security protocols, acknowledging the non-technical nature of the role.
• Lead and coordinate security projects, fostering communication and collaboration with other departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP Certification (nice to have)
• Scrum Master Certification (nice to have)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• On-site work (4 days), 1 day remote
