PT Days: every other weekend 6am-2pm
Flex Days: One weekend a month required 6am-2pm.
PT PMs: every other weekend 2-10pm.

Night Shift
Purpose of Your Job Position:
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide your residents with assistance in meeting scheduled needs as outlined in the care plan/service plan and in assisting with unscheduled needs when required according to established facility policies and procedures and as may be directed by your supervisor.
Delegation of Authority:
As a CNA/NA/CMA you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties in providing resident cares/services.
Job Functions:

The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or is a logical assignment to the position. Tasks assigned to this position involve and/or direct exposure to blood/bodily fluids.
