    **About the Role:

    The Recruiter will be a key member of the growing People Operations team. You'll be responsible for:


    • Recruiting and hiring top talent to achieve hiring goals

    • Managing the end to end hiring process from recruitment strategy planning to offers

    • Ensuring a world class candidate experience in all phases of the recruitment lifecycle

    • Designing job descriptions and outreach messages that reflect each position's requirements

    • Developing sourcing and recruitment strategies

    • Updating and managing the candidate pipeline

    • Planning and initiating recruitment events, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

    • Sourcing active and passive candidates through referrals, networking, job postings, and LinkedIn

    • Communicating effectively with the interview team to ensure a smooth interview process, as well as collecting and distributing feedback

    **Qualifications and Requirements:


    • Undergraduate degree and 1+ year of professional recruiting experience

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships

    • Experience solving problems and making a significant impact as an individual contributor

    • Excellent time management, organizational, and tactical skills

    • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Incredible degree of patience and ability to think clearly and strategically in ambiguous situations

    • Entrepreneurial mindset – you're a self-starter and drive things to conclusion

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to a process
