Supervisor of Starbucks
The Supervisor of Starbucks is responsible for managing operations in an efficient and professional manner to ensure quality service for our guests. If you are enthusiastic about coffee, customer service, and team leadership, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

• Assist in the supervision and development of the Starbucks team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. Ensure compliance with Starbucks and company policies and standards
• Address customer concerns and feedback promptly, working to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Maintain high standards for beverage and food quality. Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards
• Maintain effective communication with staff, management, and other relevant departments within the casino

• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within a Starbucks or similar coffee shop environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Must be 21 years of age or older
