    job summary:
    A Site Procurement Manager is needed for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Marietta, PA area. The Site Procurement Manager is responsible for fostering value-focused relationships, leading local Procurement operations, aligning Site needs with Global Category strategies, managing risk, and driving operational excellence through strategic planning and team leadership.

    responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture value-focused relationships with third parties.

  • Partner with the local Site team to drive Procurement delivery across all dimensions.

  • Lead alignment with Site Leadership Team, ensuring Site business needs are supported by Global Category Procurement teams.

  • Lead local Procurement team in operational management, sourcing strategies, and implementation of global projects.

  • Ensure daily needs and transactional activities comply with policies and SOPs.

  • Develop and propose plans to improve Procurement processes and enhance Site performance.

  • Lead Procurement function at Site for Directs, Manufacturing Indirects, and Capex. Skills:

  • Demonstrated team leadership and negotiation skills.

  • strong knowledge of finance and legal matters. Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work in a matrix business environment and under pressure.

  • Financial acumen and problem-solving skills. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance.

  • 5-8 years of operational Procurement experience across multiple spend categories.
