A Site Procurement Manager is needed for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Marietta, PA area. The Site Procurement Manager is responsible for fostering value-focused relationships, leading local Procurement operations, aligning Site needs with Global Category strategies, managing risk, and driving operational excellence through strategic planning and team leadership.

responsibilities:

Establish and nurture value-focused relationships with third parties.

Partner with the local Site team to drive Procurement delivery across all dimensions.

Lead alignment with Site Leadership Team, ensuring Site business needs are supported by Global Category Procurement teams.

Lead local Procurement team in operational management, sourcing strategies, and implementation of global projects.

Ensure daily needs and transactional activities comply with policies and SOPs.

Develop and propose plans to improve Procurement processes and enhance Site performance.

Lead Procurement function at Site for Directs, Manufacturing Indirects, and Capex. Skills:

Demonstrated team leadership and negotiation skills.

strong knowledge of finance and legal matters. Desired Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Ability to work in a matrix business environment and under pressure.

Financial acumen and problem-solving skills. Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance.

5-8 years of operational Procurement experience across multiple spend categories.
