    As the Multi Family Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for project tracking, coordination and communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. You will be the bridge from sales to operations and ensure that each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and within BGT Interior Solutions standards.     ANALYTICAL WITH STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL Focuses on both the big picture and minor details for extended periods of time and can identify even the smallest discrepancies in schedules, budgets, invoices, and other documentation. Understands the impact of incorrect information and diligently reviews all documentation.

    A CONFIDENT COMMUNICATOR AND A PROACTIVE PROBLEM SOLVER Communicates clearly and confidently and shifts your communication style to work best with clients and team members. You are always up for a challenge and actively seek solutions to solve the problem.

    ORGANIZED AND EXCEPTIONAL WITH TIME MANAGEMENT Effectively organizes, manages, updates, and maintains project schedules and budgets throughout all phases of the construction process. Is capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously while following set processes and procedures.

    EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • 3+ years experience in luxury interior finishes, multi-family, commercial, hospitality, residential construction administration/coordination or related field required
    • 2+ years prior experience as a Project Engineer or similar role a plus
    • Technical degree or equivalent experience in purchasing / supply chain / project management industry may be substituted for a BA/BS degree preferred
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Access, Word and Excel) and QuickBooks required
    • Experience with construction project management and/or ERP software, such as Procore, Viewpoint Vista, MS Project and Bluebeam a plus
    • Possesses a valid Driver's License, good driving history and proof of insurance required
    • Ability to pass a drug screen required
    • Proficient with English (verbal and written) required bilingual in Spanish a plus
    • Please note: This is a fully onsite position - no hybrid or remote. No relocation assistance offered.
    • MUST be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.*

    COMPENSATION & COMPANY BENEFITS INCLUDE:

    The compensation range for this position is $65-70K depending on experience
