Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a nationally recognized Senior Living organization experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Wellness Nurse opportunity near Seattle, WA. This position is an integral member of their nursing team, contributing health care expertise to promote an environment of optimal living for residents.

Position: Wellness Nurse

Location: Near Seattle, WA

Duties:

• Provide nursing services to residents
• Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians
• Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessment

Qualifications:

• Current and valid WA State RN/LPN License
• Long-term Care, skilled nursing, memory care, or assisted living experience preferred
